Items can be returned for a refund within 15 days after receipt of shipment. Please contact us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without an RMA will not be processed. Returns need to be received back at the warehouse within 15 days of RMA issuance in order for the refund to be processed. Returns must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with original hardware. If there any modifications to the merchandise, it is not subject to return and/or refunds. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer will forfeit the original shipping costs if shipments are returned to Ennovage for the following reasons:
Incorrect address supplied by Buyer Undeliverable address Refused shipment Buyer unavailable for delivery attempts
If a request is made to reship items, additional shipping charges will apply. Any address change due may result in additional shipping charges if order has already been processed.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed for the original order amount less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping/freight costs to shipper. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to appear. Refunds for returned items without the RMA clearly indicated will not be processed. Please note for Free Shipping items, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
If return packages are lost or damaged, it is up to the Buyer report claim to the shipping company/carrier. Ennovage will not process any refunds for lost or damaged in transit returns.
Ennovage will be more than happy to replace any item damaged in transit provided we are notified within 96 hours of receiving product.
